Whether it's a broken tooth that needs to be fixed, yellow teeth that need to be whitened, missing teeth that need to be replaced, or pain that needs to be eliminated, with sedation dentistry you can regain your health and have the fabulous smile you've always wanted!

The medications used are safe for patients with cardiac, diabetic or pulmonary problems, as they are monitored by CRNA’s trained to manage these conditions.

Sedation Dentistry also allows patients with Special Needs, such as Alzheimer’s, Cerebral Palsy, Autism and other conditions, who normally cannot be treated in a traditional office setting to be seen.  In the past, these services were only offered in a hospital setting, but now with a CRNA, it can be done in the comfort of familiar surroundings at a lower cost.

LET'S PUT AN END TO ORAL CANCER!

Like many Americans, you may be unaware of how serious this disease is. It has been estimated that approximately 43,250 people in the United States will be diagnosed with oral cancer this year.

The victims of oral cancer aren't just smokers and tobacco users or heavy alcohol drinkers! Though these habits remain major risk factors, the largest percentage of oral cancer patients are young, healthy, nonsmoking individuals.  The increase in oral cancer is connected to the HPV virus. We can’t stop the spread of the virus, so the best chance we have for saving lives is through early detection and public awareness.

April is Oral Cancer Awareness Month, and the Oral Cancer Foundation (OCF) has invited us to join them in their national screening campaign to increase awareness.

Our office will be offering complimentary screenings throughout the month of April using the "Oral ID." This special light and glasses allows us to detect changes below the surface of the tissues much sooner than they can be seen with the naked eye.

We encourage you to call and schedule an appointment. With your participation, we are dedicated to do our part in reducing the death rate from this disease.
